Happy New Year everyone. I know, it’s been a while… New Year brings change and I’m all set to go back to Uni for my last few months after Christmas. It has been a strange experience and although the world is still not back to normal, I have been lucky enough to be able to continue with my studies and netball this year.
So many different people will look back on their time during this pandemic and will be able to say that it touched their lives in some way. Unfortunately, my trip with Dan to Disneyland Paris in December was postponed but have been able to rebook it again in the spring which I am grateful for. Also counting my blessings for my family and friends. Dan took me to Bude, Harrogate and then finally Liverpool on NYE with some friends which enabled me to appreciate some kind of normality which has been taken away for so many people.
Varsity is fast approaching again so my next goal is to be playing in that team. How it has come around this fast I’ve got no idea. Super excited to get started again. I can’t believe my time at Worcester Uni is nearly over. My plans for after uni remain secret, but hopefully something good will come my way.
What I have come to realise is that my timetable will now be very busy as I prepare for my dissertation and work placement. Probably less partying and more prepping! I am also training hard with Uni and Reds so I have decided I will have to step down from blogging for a while, just until I finish my course and I am in the right place to be writing again.
